While one of the greatest fears of smartphone users is a cracked glass display, Motorola has now launched the Moto ShatterShield for the new Motorola Droid Turbo 2.
Motorola has announced the launch of the Motorola Droid Turbo 2, which uses the world’s first shatterproof display – Moto ShatterShield, which the company guarantees not to crack or shatter for up to 4 years. The device has a 5.4 inch AMOLED display with super high resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 2 GHz octa core Snapdragon 810 processor with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
The Motorola Droid Turbo 2 has a 21 MP rear facing auto focus camera with f/2.0 aperture and dual-tone LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP wide-angle camera. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a massive 3760 mAh battery. The handset is priced at $624 and is available in Black Soft Grip, White Soft Grip, Grey Ballistic Nylon and Black Pebbled Leather colour options and can be customized using Moto Maker.
