Even as Motorola has been reportedly working on the new Moto Z series, the Moto Z Play was spotted at TENAA in China.
The upcoming Moto Z2 Play was certified by TENAA in China. The handset seems to have the same 5.5 inch OLED display with full HD resolution. The smartphone is said to be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 chipset along with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. The handset also has support for the Moto Mods add-ons.
However, what has really changed drastically is the battery. The Moto Z2 Play is expected to have a 2820 mAh battery compared to the 3510 mAh battery on its predecessor. Also expected is a 12 MP rear facing camera with dual-tone LED flash. We should be hearing more details about the smartphone soon.
