The Moto X Style which was launched in India back in October last year has received a price cut of ₹6000.
The 16 GB storage variant of the Moto X Style was launched with a price tag of ₹29,999, whereas the 32 GB storage variant was priced at ₹31,999. Both these variants received a price cut of ₹3000 later on. Now once again, Motorola has slashed the price by ₹6000 for both these variants. The 16 GB variant is now available for ₹20,999 whereas the 32 GB variant is available for ₹22,999 on Flipkart. Motorola also slashed prices of Moto G two days ago.
Just in case you are unaware, the Moto X Style is powered by a Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor which is accompanied by 3 GB RAM and Adreno 418 GPU. It flaunts a 5.7-inch Quad-HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) display and packs a 3000 mAh battery. The Moto X Style runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box and is upgradeable to Android 6.0. Marshmallow.
The Moto X Style comes with two storage options – 16 GB and 32 GB. The external storage can be expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card. It comes with a 21 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera.
Last month, the Moto X Force also received a price cut in India. Generally, the prices of current generation phones are reduced when the launch of its successor is near. The Moto X (2016) has already been spotted on Geekbench with Snapdragon 820 SoC and 4 GB RAM. We have also came across the press render of Moto X (2016) recently which is expected to launch on June 9.
