The Moto G4 which was unveiled last month is now available for purchase in India. The Moto G4 can now be bought in India for ₹12,499.
The Moto G4 is powered by Snapdragon 617 SoC which is coupled with 2 GB RAM and Adreno 405 GPU. It runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and comes equipped with 3000 mAh battery. The camera department consists of a 13 MP primary at the back and a 5 MP camera at the front.
The Moto G4 has 16 GB of internal storage on offer, whereas, the external storage can expanded via microSD card. It flaunts a 5.5-inch display having Full-HD resolution. However, the fingerprint scanner that was found on the Moto G4 Plus is missing on Moto G4.
There’s not much difference between the Moto G4 and the Moto G4 Plus, except for the camera and fingerprint scanner. The Moto G4 Plus comes with 16 MP primary camera along with fingerprint scanner, whereas, the Moto G4 comes with 13 MP camera and doesn’t have fingerprint scanner.

As you can see from the table above, there’s not much difference between the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus, hence, it would be wise to spend a little more and buy the Moto G4 Plus 3 GB RAM variant.
The Moto G4 will go on sale from midnight on Amazon India.
