While Microsoft launched the flagship Lumia 950 and the Lumia 950 XL, the company has also launched a budget smartphone – the Microsoft Lumia 550.
Microsoft has announced the launch of the Microsoft Lumia 550, which is the company’s latest budget smartphone running the latest Windows 10 OS. The device has a 4.7 inch display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.1 GHz quad core Snapdragon 210 processor with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Microsoft Lumia 550 has a 5 MP rear facing auto focus camera with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash. There is also a front facing 2 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Windows 10 version with a 2100 mAh battery. The handset is priced at $139 and is expected to go on sale in December.
