Keeping its promise for marked service for its customers, Micromax has now launched the On-Spot Service Promise for its flagship offering.
Micromax has announced the launch of the On-Spot Service Promise for the company’s flagship Canvas Unite 4 Plus. The service would include Instant Repair or Replacement for the handset. The free service warranty and replacement guarantee is applicable for six months from the date of purchase. Routine repair charges will be applicable post the warranty period.
Speaking about the On-Spot Service Promise, Shubhajit Sen, Chief Marketing Office, Micromax Informatics, said, “We have always stressed on the importance of ensuring service quality and are confident of our progress in enhancing the customer service experience for our consumers.
