After initially launching a series of new phones in the beginning of 2013, Micromax was dormant in the past few weeks, but is back again with a new smartphone to continue the trend. The Micromax Bolt A51 is the company’s latest low end Android offering.
The Micromax Bolt A51, which was seen on the company website, has a 3.5 inch display with a very low resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. While 1 GHz processor is a standard for Android phones, this phone has a small 832 MHz processor with just 256 MB of RAM and 512 MB of internal storage.
The Micromax Bolt A51 comes with a 2 megapixel rear camera with fixed focus and LED flash. The smartphone is powered by Android Gingerbread OS which is considered almost outdated. Considering the very low specs, we presume the handset would be priced at less than Rs. 4000.
