With youngsters becoming increasingly tech-savvy, Micromax has now launched the Micromax Canvas Tabby.
Micromax has announced the launch of the Micromax Canvas Tabby, which is touted to be a dual-mode family tab with a specially designed kids-use mode. The tablet has a 7 inch display. The device is powered by a 1.3 GHz processor with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Micromax Canvas Tabby Hero has a small 2 MP rear facing auto focus camera. There is also a front facing VGA camera. The device runs on the Android KitKat version with a decent 3200 mAh battery.
The Micromax Canvas Tabby Kid’s use mode is powered by EddyPaddy, developed by kids-content company Educren, and is a kid-safe zone with over a 100 originally designed, pre-loaded applications and access to over 500 carefully curated videos under 3 areas – Education, Creativity and Entertainment. The tablet is priced at Rs. 6499 and would be available exclusively on Flipkart from June 22.
