With the Lollipop powered smartphones selling rapidly in India, Micromax is now gearing up with the Micromax Canvas Amaze in the country.
The Micromax Canvas Amaze, which is the company’s latest smartphone in the Canvas series, is now available online for purchase. The device has a 5 inch IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core MediaTek processor with 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Micromax Canvas Amaze has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a 2000 mAh battery. The handset is priced at Rs. 7999 and is expected to be officially announced later this week.
