Micromax seems to be the roll to get high end devices into the market. While we had recently heard about a true 3D Canvas A115, @MMX Newscaster, the Micromax tipster, has now leaked pictures of a new smartphone called the Canvas A111.
According to the source, the Micromax Canvas A111 is a 5.3 inch phablet with 960 x 540 pixel resolution. The device is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core Qualcomm MSM8225Q processor with 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage. While the processor seems real good, the 512 MB of RAM is highly questionable.
The Micromax Canvas A111 also has two cameras, a rear facing 8 MP camera and a front facing 1.2 MP camera. The smartphone will run on the Android Jelly Bean OS. The device packs in 2100 mAh battery which should keep the device running long enough. This device also would have 3D graphics.
Expected specs of Micromax Canvas A111:
- 5.3 inch display
- 960 x 540 pixel resolution
- 1.2 GHz quad core Qualcomm MSM8225Q processor
- 512 MB RAM
- 4 GB internal storage
- 8 MP rear camera
- 1.2 MP front facing camera
- Google Android v4.1 Jelly Bean
- 2100 mAh battery
Thanks MMX Newscaster for the tip!
