After several leaks of a 3D smartphone from an Indian manufacturer, Micromax today launched its first 3D phone to add another handset in its Canvas range. The Micromax Canvas 3D A115 is a true 3D phone and doesn’t require 3D glasses to view its content.
The Micromax Canvas 3D A115 has a 5 inch full touch 3D display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1 GHz dual core MediaTek MT65771 processor with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage.
The Micromax Canvas 3D A115 has two cameras, a 5 MP rear camera and a front facing 0.3 MP camera. The smartphone runs on the Android Jelly Bean OS. The device packs in 2000 mAh battery which is said to provide up to 4.5 hours of talk time. The Micromax Canvas 3D A115 is priced at Rs. 9999 and would be available in the first week of May.
