With the major smartphones makers releasing their high-end offerings, Meizu has now launched the Meizu PRO 5 in China.
Meizu has announced the launch of the Meizu PRO 5, which is the company’s latest flagship smartphone with a full metal body, fingerprint scanner and the latest USB Type-C port. The device has a 5.7 inch Super AMOLED display with 2.5D glass, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 Protection, 88-degree viewing angle and resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 2.1 GHz octa core Exynos 7420 processor and is available in two variants – one with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage and the other with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage.
The Meizu PRO 5 has a 21.6 MP rear facing laser auto focus camera with PDAF, Sony IMX230 Exmor RS BSI sensor, 6P lenses, f/2.2 aperture and dual tone LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a massive 3050 mAh battery. The handset is available in Grey, Silver, Silver Black and Golden colour options.
