A new Xperia handset by Sony has been leaked with specs and a couple of shots. The picture of the device shows that the handset will have a curved back with a round bump on the bottom, quite a new design factor, we must say. The front of the device reminds us of the original Arc with long chrome buttons.
Also the branding has now been changed to Sony, so probably we will be seeing the handset by next year.
The LT22 has been referred to as both the Nyphon and Nypon. The rumoured specs say that the handset will have a dual-core U8500 1GHz processor, a 4-inch qHD screen, 1 GB of RAM, 16GB flash storage, and an 8MP camera at the back with Sony’s patented Exmor R sensor. Rumours are also suggesting that the device will come with Android Gingerbread and later will be upgradable to Ice Cream Sandwich.
