Adding yet another smartphone to its X series, LG has now launched the LG X power2 ahead of the MWC 2017 in Barcelona.
LG has announced the launch of the LG X power2, which is the company’s latest affordable 4G smartphone offering in the X series and the successor to the last years LG X Power. The device has a 5.5 inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa core processor with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The LG X power2 has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Nougat version with a massive 4500 mAh battery which is said to charge up to 50% in one hour and fully charge in two hours. The phone has dual SIM support with 4G LTE and VoLTE connectivity.
LG has also worked on an exclusive UX for selfies that offers Auto Shot that automatically triggers the front camera’s shutter when a face is detected. Gesture Shot and Gesture Interval Shot that reads and responds to hand signals, eliminating the need to press the shutter button. The Quick Share options lets users immediately post images to their favourite social media site with just one tap.
