Despite being in the age of full touchscreens, companies like Samsung rewind back into the past and come out with primitive models like the flip phones. Now LG has also launched a similar handset – the LG Wine Smart.
LG has announced the launch of the LG Wine Smart, which is a clamshell smartphone targeted towards the elderly people, who are not familiar with touch smartphones. The device has a small 3.5 inch display with resolution of 480 x 320 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 processor with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage.
The LG Wine Smart has an 8 MP rear facing auto focus camera with d LED flash. There is also a front facing VGA camera. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat version with a 1700 mAh battery. The device would initially be available exclusively in South Korea but there is no word on which other countries may get the handset.
