Today morning, we told you that Android Wear 2.0, along with LG built smartwatches, is going to be unveiled on February 8 instead of February 9. Thanks to Evan Blass, we already know the specifications of both these LG smartwatches – the LG Watch Sport and the LG Watch Style. However, these kind of leaks are incomplete until and unless we don’t get to see the said device on a benchmarking website. Well, this has just happened. The LG Watch Sport has popped up on Geekbench.
We already got a look at the design of both these LG smartwatches through the images which were first leaked more than ten days ago. We also have a pretty fair idea of what kind of specifications to expect from these smartwatches. However, these are just rumors until and unless we have an official confirmation or we see it on multiple benchmarking websites.
The LG Watch Sport that has appeared on Geekbench is powered by a quad-core processor which is clocked at 1.09 GHz. It’s running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and has 768 MB of RAM. The Watch Sport scored 273 points in Geekbench’s single-core test and 418 points in multi-core test. The Watch Sport is also superior to the Watch Style in terms of specifications, and hence, it is priced higher than the Watch Style. The Watch Sport is said to be priced at $349, whereas, the Watch Style is said to be priced starting at $249.
