LG India has today announced the launch of its 5-inch phablet called the LG Optimus Vu in the Indian subcontinent.
The Optimus Vu was announced back in February at the Mobile World Congress 2012 and it arrives with a 5-inch screen with 4:3 aspect ratio and display resolution of 1024 x 720 pixels.
LG has priced the Optimus Vu for Rs.34,500 on its official website and the phablet arrives with the following specifications:

The Optimus Vu is surely going to prove a competitor to Samsung’s Galaxy Note II which was launched in India last month and arrives with double the RAM, half the internal storage and a slightly larger 5.5-inch display.
