LG had officially announced the Optimus L9 back in August, and today the company has silently launched the smartphone in the Indian subcontinent.

The Optimus L9 comes packed in with QTranslator which translates not just words but complete sentences and phrases with a simple scan from nearly 44 foreign languages to 64 user languages using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology.
