Earlier today we saw LG go on to tease a faster, thinner, and brighter smartphone from its camp which is being developed along with its sister companies.
And now we see the device in question, probable Optimus G pose for the camera for us without being shy.
Guys at AndroidMX.net got their hands on the device which seems to be a testing prototype and with the new Snapdragon S4 Pro processor coupled with a 2 GB RAM, they felt the device ‘just flies’. So if it is working so smooth on a prototype, the final device is indeed expected to be buttery smooth while operating.
The leak suggests that the Optimus G could arrive with a 4.7 inch IPS HD display with a screen resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels, 2 GB RAM, quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor clocking at 1.5 GHz and supported by Adreno 320 GPU.
There is also a 13 MP camera on the rear for picture taking and video recording and the OS on arrival could be Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich while an upgrade to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is expected soon after.
We expect the Optimus G or whatever this smartphone from LG to be officially announced at the IFA in Berlin in a couple of days and we will bring you all the latest from the event right here at MG.
