After several leaks and rumours, Google has now officially announced the LG Nexus 5X, which is the latest iteration of the flagship handset.
Google has announced the launch of the LG Nexus 5X, which is the first smartphone running the latest Android Marshmallow version and flaunting a fingerprint sensor on the back. The device has a 5.2 inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a hexa core Snapdragon 808 processor with 2 GB of RAM and is available in 16 and 32 GB variants.
The LG Nexus 5X has an 12.3 MP rear facing laser auto focus camera with 1.55 micron sensor, f/2.0 aperture and dual tone LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android Marshmallow version with a 2700 mAh battery. The handset is priced at $379 for the 16 GB variant and $429 for the 32 GB variant and is available in Carbon Black, Quartz White and Ice Blue colour options.
