Considering that there is a demand for mid-range smartphones, LG has quietly released the LG Magna in India.
The LG Magna, which was unveiled at the recent Mobile World Congress 2015, is now available in India and is listed on the company’s official website. The device has a 5 inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The LG Magna has an 8 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a 2540 mAh battery. The handset is priced at Rs. 16500 which seems slightly off the mark considering the other affordable mid-range smartphones in India. We can expect the official announcement in the next few days.
