LG Mobiles today announced the launch of its first Android phone LG GW620 for Indian Market. LG GW620 is an Android Smartphone, featuring full 3.0 inch touch-screen and a side slider QWERTY Keyboard, 5 MP camera, Wi-Fi, High Speed EDGE and GPS connectivity. It is priced at Rs. 16490LG GW620 also comes with a host of thoughtful features like a dedicated music key on the side for easy playability of music tracks, a ergonomically designed side slider 5 row QWERTY keyboard, along with the presence of dedicated numeric buttons and arrow keys for scrolling gives a user the opportunity for quick and easy text input when updating social network profiles, texting, emailing and menu access. A side gate for the microSD card makes swapping of memory cards easier.
The LG GW620 menu offers a dual boot option. User can have the standard Android menu option, or can use LG’s S-Class interface in which the menu is grouped into elements like communication and multimedia.
For the serious business users LG GW620 offers the Moxier suite of products, which means the users can get corporate access to calendars and contacts on the phone. There’s also a suite of work-related products, so that the user can view Word, Excel and PDF files on the phone.
