After launching the new K series, LG has now added a new smartphone to the series – the LG K8, in time for the upcoming MWC 2016 expo.
LG has announced the launch of the LG K8, which is the company’s latest 4G smartphone in the K series running the latest Android Marshmallow version. The device has a 5 inch IPS display with 2.5D glass and resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core MediaTek processor with 1.5 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The LG K8 has an 8 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Marshmallow version with a 2045 mAh battery. The handset is available in White and Blue colour options. The device is expected to be showcased at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2016 expo. Pricing and availability would be revealed at the time of the release.
