While Samsung and HTC flagships are on sale already, we are now awaiting LG’s flagship, which should arrive in May/June. The next flagship from LG dubbed LG G3 has been in the rumors a lot and today, we have an alleged picture of the device.
The alleged picture of the LG G3 shows the display of the device displaying (ignore the pun) its specifications on the AnTuTu benchmark app. The resolution of the display is listed as 1440×2560 pixels and the GPU of the device is Adreno 330.
From what we can make out, the device features a QHD (1440x2560p) display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with the Adreno 330 GPU. The 640 dpi is the display density and not the ppi of the display, so don’t get confused. On a 5.5-inch display with QHD resolution, the ppi would be a whopping 538ppi.
The specs are in line with the rumors, which have been suggesting a 5.5-inch QHD display, Snapdragon 801, 3 gigs of RAM, 16 MP camera with OIS, fingerprint scanner, dust and water resistance. The device was previously rumored to be powered by LG’s very own Odin octa-core processor but recent reports have suggested otherwise.
While some reports have suggested a May end launch for LG G3, some suggest a June launch. Either way, we can’t wait to see this beast in real.
