The LG G Watch was immediately listed on the Google Play store after the announcement at the Google I/O 2014. Now LG has officially released the smart watch in the market globally.
LG Electronics has announced that its first smart watch running the Android Wear – the LG G Watch is now available for purchase globally, both with key local retailers and from the Google Play store. The smart watch is currently launched in 27 major countries which includes India. However in some markets like Brazil and Singapore, the watch will not be available online and has to be purchased through local retailers.
The LG G Watch flaunts a button free design with an always-on 1.65 inch LCD display. The watch is compatible with all smartphones running Android v4.3 or higher. The watch is powered by a 1.2 GHz Snapdragon processor with a long lasting 400 mAh battery. The smart watch seems to be in great demand everywhere and is currently out of stock on the Google Play store in India.
