The LG G Vista has been in rumors and we have been thinking of it as the Verizon variant of the LG G3 but apparently, that’s not the case. Pictures and specifications of the LG G Vista have leaked and now, we can make out that the device is a stripped down version of the LG G3.
The leak comes from the reliable @evleaks and we now know almost everything about the device. The LG G Vista is destined for US carrier Verizon and it looks a lot like the LG G3 but it has a bigger display and that makes it look a tad wider. Check out the leaked picture below.
The device will come with a 5.7-inch display of modest HD (1280x720p) resolution. It is said to be powered by the Quad-core Snapdragon 400 chipset with Adreno 305 GPU and 1.5 GB RAM. There’s 8 GB of internal storage with microSD expansion, an 8 MP rear camera with flash and a front-facing 1.3 MP camera. Android 4.4.2 KitKat should be on-board and a 3200 mAh battery will power the device. As we’ve come to expect from modern smartphones, the device will come with 4G LTE connectivity and the usual other options in tow.
We don’t know when LG plans to announce it or if it’ll be a Verizon exclusive or come to the rest of the world. The leaked image shows us the August 7 date, so we can expect the device to go official somewhere around that.
