While we have received tit-bits from the company about the LG G Pro 2, like the screen-to-phone size ratio being 77.2 percent, it appears as though the device might be announced next week.
LG has sent out press invites to a launch event scheduled to be held on February 13 at the LG Twin Towers in Yeouido, Seoul. While it didn’t mention any specific details, the invites read “Knock-knock knockin’ on”, which obviously is directed towards the Knock-On feature of the company. But considering earlier reports of the LG G Pro 2 launching in February, we can expect to see the device at the event.
LG G Pro 2 is also said to have the Knock-On feature besides other high-end specs including the Snapdragon 800 processor with 3 GB of RAM. It is said to sport a 13 MP camera with an advanced technology that the company calls as OIS Plus. The device is expected to have a huge 5.9 inch full HD display.
Expected specs of the LG G Pro 2:
- 5.9 inch display
- 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution
- 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor
- 3 GB RAM
- 16 GB internal memory
- 13 MP primary camera
- 2.1 MP front facing camera
- Google Android v4.4 KitKat
