With the increasing demand for mid-range tablets, LG has now launched the LG G Pad 2 8.0 in South Korea.
LG has announced the launch of the LG G Pad 2 8.0, which is the company’s latest mid-range tablet and the successor to the last years G Pad 8.0. The tablet has an 8 inch IPS LCD display with resolution of 1200 x 800 pixels. The device is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 processor with 1.5 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
The LG G Pad 2 8.0 has a 5 MP rear facing auto focus camera. There is also a front facing 2 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a decent 4200 mAh battery. The tablet comes with a full-sized USB 2.0 port, which is rarely seen in tablets of this range. We should be hearing more about the global rollout soon.
