Lenovo introduces the all-new Yoga 730 2-in-1 Windows laptop which is a more premium variant of its Yoga 530 convertible laptop. The Yoga 730 laptop features a 13-inch (as well as in 15-inch variant) IPS touchscreen with 4K or UHD resolution. It’s bundled with Lenovo Active Pen 2 and compatible with Amazon Alexa.
Both the variants (13-inch and 15-inch) offer up to 8th generation Intel Core i7 processors with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD storage options. It comes with discrete graphics of Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 that deals with gaming and graphics-intensive tasks.
The Yoga 730 is flexible enough to form into a tablet PC. It features an Ultra HD display (3840 x 2160 pixels) with the bundled Lenovo Active Pen 2 that can be used to draw, write, or annotate with Windows Ink. It runs on Windows 10 operating system with Cortana and Windows Hello with Amazon Alexa compatibility.
Connectivity options include a fingerprint scanner, a USB 3.1 Type-C port, 2 x USB 3.0 Type-A port, HDMI connection, a 3.5 mm headphones jack, and 4-in-1 card reader.
The battery life is claimed to offer up to 11.5 hours (13-inch) and 11 hours (15-inch) with Rapid Charge support which gives 2 hours of battery life in just 15 minutes of charging (Yoga 730 13-inch variant).
The Lenovo Yoga 730 both 13-inch and 15-inch will start at 1,099 Euros and 999 Euros respectively. The price is considerably higher than the 14-inch Yoga 530 which is available at 549 Euros.
