With the demand for tablets increasing in India, Lenovo has launched a new tablet in the country – the Lenovo S5000.
Lenovo has announced the launch of the Lenovo S5000 tablet in India. The device has a 7 inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The tablet is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core MediaTek processor with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. The device has cellular connectivity and supports 3G networks.
The Lenovo S5000 has a decent 5 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 1.6 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Jelly Bean version with a 3420 mAh battery which is said to last for 8 hours. The tablet is priced at Rs. 10999 and is available exclusively on Amazon India.
