While we were expecting the recently announced Lenovo A6000 to be launched in India soon, the company is set to launch the handset in India later this week.
Lenovo has sent out press invites for the launch for the launch of the Lenovo A6000 in India, which is the company’s latest budget 4G-enabled smartphone announced at CES 2015. The launch event is scheduled to take place on January 16 in New Delhi. It is already a well-known fact that the handset would be sold exclusively through Flipkart.
The Lenovo A6000 flaunts a 5 inch HD display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 410 processor. The device has an 8 MP rear facing camera and a 2 MP front facing camera. while the handset is retailing in the US for $169 (approx. Rs. 10680), the company has categorically mentioned that the device would be priced lesser than the Redmi Note 4G in India, which indicates that we can expect a sub-Rs. 10000 pricing.
