Lenovo has at the ongoing Mobile World Congress (MWC) announced the launch of three new Android tablets called the Lenovo A1000, A3000 and the S6000, all running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS.
The Lenovo A1000 and the A3000 both arrive with a 7-inch IPS display and a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels.
The Lenovo A1000 (pictured above) is powered by a 1.2 Ghz dual-core processor and has large front facing speakers which come along Dolby Digital Plus enhancement, thus making your music-listening and movie-seeing a great experience. The tablet will be available in Black and White color options and packs in 16 GB of internal memory which can be expandable to 32 GB using a microSD card slot and is a budget tablet.
Next is the Lenovo A3000 which has the same display as on the A1000 but is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek, memory expansion slot up to 64 GB, weighs about 340 grams and measures 11mm. This tablet is expected to fall under the mid-range category.
Last but not the least is the Lenovo A6000 which is a 10.1-inch tablet with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek 8389/8125 processor. The A6000 is said to offer battery life of about 8 hours, weighs 560 grams and measure just 8.6mm thick. The A3000 and the S6000 will also come in a version with 3G HSPA+ support.
