LeEco unveiled the Le Max2 back in April this year alongside the Le 2 and Le 2 Pro. It also launched the Le 2 and Le Max2 in India earlier this month. While we all know that there are two variants of the Le Max2, LeEco has now unveiled a third variant.
The two variants of Le Max2 that LeEco initially unveiled have 4 GB RAM + 32 GB internal storage and 6 GB RAM + 64 GB internal storage. The third variant that LeEco unveiled has 6 GB RAM, but, has 128 GB of internal storage. The company also unveiled at new color option called Force Gold. All three smartphones, the Le 2, Le 2 Pro and Le Max2 will be available in Force Gold option.
Coming back to the Le Max2, besides the bump in internal storage, nothing else changes. It has the same specs that the other variants have, off course with a difference in RAM and internal storage though.
The Le Max2 is powered by Snapdragon 820 SoC which is paired with 4/6 GB RAM along with Adreno 530 GPU. It boasts off a 5.7-inch Quad-HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) display and packs a 3100 mAh battery. The 4 GB RAM variant has 32 GB of internal storage whereas the 6 GB RAM variant comes with 64/128 GB of internal storage. At the back is a 21 MP primary camera sitting above the fingerprint scanner and at the front is an 8 MP secondary camera. The Le Max2 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
Talking about the price of the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB internal storage variant, it is priced at CNY 2799 in China which is around $420/₹28,400. There’s no information about its availability in other regions.
