Xiaomi unveiled the Mi Note last year in January and it now seems that this Chinese company is gearing up to announce the Mi Note 2 soon. While the Mi Note 2 is expected to be unveiled on September 5, we are looking at the leaked renders of the device which show off dual rear camera setup and curved display.
If you look at the renders, you will immediately point out that the device looks similar to the Mi 5 sans the dual rear cameras and curved display. There’s also a physical home button which we are pretty sure will house fingerprint scanner. You can also see the Mi logo above the display on the left.
The back of the device is covered with glass and again carries the Mi logo. Also visible is the dual rear camera setup along with dual-LED flash. At the bottom of the device is USB Type-C port along with two speaker grills (out of which only will be the actual speaker, the other will be housing a mic).
Just like the Mi 5, this device sports a combination of glass and metal as well. While the Mi Note sported a 5.7-inch Full-HD display, the Mi Note 2 is said to retain the same size but with Quad-HD resolution. Other expected specs include Snapdragon 821 SoC, 4/6 GB RAM, 64/128 GB internal storage and a massive 4000 mAh battery.
Check out the remaining renders shown below.
We are sure to come across more details through leaks in the coming days as we move closer to expected launch date.
