Samsung recently launched its 7-inch Galaxy J Max in India. And now today, Lava has launched its X80 tablet. The Lava X80 being a tablet device boasts off an 8-inch display and is priced at ₹9999.
This 8-inch tablet from Lava comes with Intel Atom Baytrail quad-core processor under the hood which is clocked at 1.83 GHz and is paired with 1 GB RAM. The 8-inch display has a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels which is backed up by 4200 mAh battery.
The Lava X80 comes with 16 GB of internal storage whereas the external storage can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. Something which surprised us the most is the fact that this tablet runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. Yes, you read that right. Only Lava can tell why they chose KitKat. For once, one can make do with Android 5.x Lollipop. But KitKat? Well, we leave it to you.
