With the increasing demand for budget smartphones, Lava has now officially launched the Lava Iris X8.
Lava has announced the launch of the Lava Iris X8, which is the company’s latest budget smartphone powered by an octa-core processor. The device has a 5 inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.4 GHz octa core MediaTek processor with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The Lava Iris X8 has an 8 MP rear facing auto focus camera with a BSI sensor and LED flash. There is also a front facing 3 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat version with a 2500 mAh battery. The handset is priced at Rs. 8999. It comes bundled with an Intelligent Flip cover that allows users to access applications like music, calling, camera, messaging and few other functions directly without the need of switching to the main screen.
