Indian manufacturer Lava Mobiles is planning to make another addition to its existing range if Android OS running IRIS series with the launch of the Lava Iris 502. The Lava Iris 502 is a 5-inch phablet which packs in a display resolution of 800 x 480 pixels while arriving with dual-SIM capability.
The Iris 502 is powered by a 1 GHz processor which is coupled with 512 MB RAM while the internal memory is pegged at 4 GB but only 2 GB of memory is available for the users. Lava has provided a micro-SD slot for users who can expand the memory up to 32 GB and a 4 GB microSD card has been included in the package.
The Lava Iris 502 runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS which is a plus for the smartphone and also the users. There is a 5 MP Autofocus camera on the rear with LED Flash while a VGA front facing camera has been included for video calls. Connectivity options includes microUSB, 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v2.0, 3.5mm audio jack.
