Back in October last year, Indian smartphone brand Karbonn launched the Karbonn Titanium Jumbo smartphone in India with a huge 4000 mAh battery. Now today, the company has launched yet another smartphone in its Titanium Jumbo series in India, dubbed, the Karbonn Titanium Jumbo 2.
The Karbonn Titanium Jumbo 2 is successor to last year’s Titanium Jumbo, and, like the Titanium Jumbo, the Titanium Jumbo 2 is also a budget smartphone. The Karbonn Titanium Jumbo 2 is powered by an unknown quad-core processor which is clocked at 1.3 GHz and is mated with 2 GB RAM.
The Karbonn Titanium Jumbo 2 features a 5.5-inch display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution that’s covered with 2.5 curved glass atop. For photography, there’s a 13 MP camera at the back and a 5 MP camera on the front.
The Karbonn Titanium Jumbo 2 comes with 16 GB of internal storage, although you do have an option to expand the storage via microSD card up to 64 GB. That said, the phone boots up to Android 7.0 Nougat which means you get features like multi-window and quick replies.
There’s also a fingerprint scanner at the back of the phone, which apart from unlocking the phone, can also be used to scroll through the images and pull down the notification bar using different gestures. Lastly, the Karbonn Titanium Jumbo 2 ships with a huge 4000 mAh battery which is its biggest highlight. Karbonn says you can get 400 hours of stand-by time and 16 hours of talk-time (on 2G) out of this battery.
