After a long wait, the first round of the ultra-affordable Android One smartphones has been released. Karbonn has launched the Karbonn Sparkle V.
Karbonn, which is one of the partners of Google’s Android One project, has announced the Karbonn Sparkle V, which is the company’s first Android One smartphone. The device has a 4.5 inch display with resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core MediaTek processor with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage. There is also a Mali 400 GPU.
The Karbonn Sparkle V has a rear facing 5 MP camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 2 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat version with a 1700 mAh battery. The handset is priced at Rs. 6399 and would be available in Red colour exclusively on Snapdeal from today at 3:30 p.m.
