After Xolo and Spice released their entry-level Android smartphone early this week, Karbonn has also joined the race with two new smartphones.
Karbonn has announced the launch of its latest budget Android smartphone – the Karbonn A1+ Super and the Karbonn A5 Turbo. Both the smartphone are powered by the latest Android KitKat version. The devices have a very small 3.5 inch display with resolution of 480 x 320 pixels. The handsets have dual SIM support with 2G connectivity.
The Karbonn A1+ Super is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual core processor and the Karbonn A5 Turbo is powered by a 1 GHz processor. Both have a mere 256 MB of RAM and 512 MB of internal storage. There is also a rear facing 3 MP camera and a front facing VGA camera. The handset are priced at Rs. 3490 and Rs. 3290 respectively.
