While it is said that the Apple iPhone 5S would just be an incremental update over the iPhone 5, reports claims that the iPhone 5S would include a quad-core A7 processor and 2GB of RAM.
As per alleged pictures of the motherboard for Apple iPhone 5S, the smartphone hardware will feature the quad-core A7 processor with 2GB of RAM. As far as the pictures are concerned they don’t seem to be anything new or have any design not seen earlier.
As per the reports, the quad-core 1.2GHz A7 CPU will be accompanied by the Power SGX554MP4 GPU and 2 GB LPDDR-800 of RAM. Also SIRI is said to have undergone massive improvements with support for additional languages. Unfortunately, none of these reports have been officially confirmed by Apple. The company seems to be keeping a lot of secrets under wraps including the possibility of varied screen sizes.
