Intex has just launched a brand new budget smartphone, the Intex Aqua Speed HD. The device packs a punch for its price, so let’s check out the specs, shall we?
The Intex Aqua Speed HD as the name suggests features a 4.7-inch IPS fully laminated display of HD (1280x720p) resolution and it’s protected by an Asahi Dragon trial glass. The device is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor with Mali 400 GPU.
The device features 2 GB RAM, which is pretty good considering the price point of the device and there’s 16 GB of internal storage with microSD expansion up to 32 GB. The cameras are also well equipped on the device, with an 8 MP camera gracing the rear and a 5 MP selfie snapper on the front.
The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat, which is sad as Lollipop would have made it a much more compelling offering. The battery is also pretty modest at 1700 mAh. The connectivity is well covered with Dual SIM, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS in tow.
Spice has also pre-loaded the Sashakt Women Safety app and there are feature built in like the Smart Awake , Hot Knot, Air Shuffle and more. You also get 50 GB of OneDrive storage for two years with the device.
The Intex Aqua Speed HD is now available in India for Rs. 8,999 and it will come in White, Silver and Sea Blue colors.
