We have been hearing quite a lot about the Samsung Galaxy S8 and LG G6 lately. Well, these are flagships after all and both the companies are expected to do something better after their failures with the Galaxy Note7 and G5 last year. While images of both these devices have leaked in the past, today they have leaked again with their protective cases on.
These images have been shared by popular leakster Evan Blass who is well known for his accurate leaks. He shared these images on Twitter by tweeting “It’s never too early to start shopping for cases for your next phone(s)“. Starting with the Samsung Galaxy S8, the image leaked is inline with the past leaks that showed off S8’s design. You can see the curved display with small bezels, absence of physical home button and the awkward placement of fingerprint scanner at the back.
Moving on to the LG G6, everything is similar to what we have seen in the past, but, what’s missing are the rounded screen corners. Almost all the renders and images that we have seen in the past showed off the rounded screen corners, but, that’s not the case here with the image shared by Blass. Even the teaser video of UX 6.0 that was shared by LG recently showed off the rounded screen corners.
Well, we will know more about the LG G6 once it’s unveiled on February 26. Speaking of the Samsung Galaxy S8, it’s rumored to be launched on March 29, but, Samsung will confirm the date at MWC 2017.
