With Idea’s portfolio of 3G smartphones picking up, the operator has launched two new handsets to get more users connected to the 3G network.
Idea Cellular has announced the launch of the Idea Ultra+ and the Idea Fab smartphone which are targeted towards the young and tech savvy students and professionals. The Ultra+ has a 5 inch display with a quad core processor whereas the Fab has a smaller 4 inch display with dual core processor.
The Idea Ultra+ is priced at Rs. 8300 whereas the Idea Fab is priced at Rs. 4999 and would be available in Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Kerala, Maharashtra & Goa, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh (East), Uttar Pradesh (West), and Punjab. Idea has also bundled a special offer for Idea 3G users offering 3G data benefits of 1.6 GB 3G data and Free Idea TV for 3 months, with a pack priced at Rs. 259 for existing subscribers, and 1.6 GB 3G data and Free Idea TV for 3 months, with a pack priced at Rs. 261 for new subscribers.
