IDEA Cellular has introduced ‘Reserve Talktime’,for Idea subscribers in Andhra Pradesh to keep a ‘balance in reserve’ on their prepaid account.The new concept in mobility, launched for the first time in India in AP circle, will allow prepaid subscribers to create a Reserve account of Talktime, and use it later when they need it. It offers complete convenience to consumers to get talktime when they need it the most. For Eg. When a user has run out of balance and cannot reach a retailer immediately, but is in urgent need to make a phone call, he/ she can activate the ‘Reserve Talktime’ account and use the balance in reserve.
To avail the Reserve Talktime service, Idea prepaid subscribers can recharge with Rs. 33 and get talktime of Rs. 25 credited into their reserve account. To retrieve the same, the subscriber needs to dial *321#. This balance in reserve account is completely safe and protected from any kind of use until the user dials *321# to use it. On every recharge with Reserve Talktime voucher, subscriber will also get 5 minutes of local Idea to Idea calling absolutely free. The free minutes can be availed during night time i.e. 10 pm to 7 pm, for upto 3 days from the day of recharge.
Idea prepaid subscribers can continue recharging and using their main balance regularly, without using Reserve Talktime.
