After launching its new flagship smartphone – the Honor V8, Huawei also unveiled its new fitness band – the Honor Band A1.
Huawei has announced the launch of the Honor Band A1, which is the company’s latest fitness tracker. The tracker keeps check on exercise time, distance walked or run, steps taken and calories burnt. Further, the advanced sleep tracking makes note of even mall naps and calculate the quality of sleep such as deep sleep or light sleep.
One of the key features of the Honor Band A1 is the UV sensor which measures the UV radiation and recommends you the suitable sunscreen to use. It has a small LED light for incoming call alerts and SMS alerts uses. There is also a silent vibration alert for incoming calls when connected to a smartphone.
The Honor Band A1 can be connected to any Android or iOS smartphone using Bluetooth 4.2. the tracker flaunts a full metal body and comes with a skin-friendly silicone or leather strap. The band is waterproof with IP57 ratings and has a 70 mAh battery which promises a 28 days standby time. The fitness band is priced at just 99 Yuan (approx. Rs. 1000) and is currently available only in China.
