While most of the companies have unveiled their flagship smartphones, Huawei has now unveiled the Huawei Mate S.
Huawei has announced the launch of the Huawei Mate S, which is the company’s latest smartphone in the Mate series. The device has a 5.5 inch AMOLED 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection, optional Force Touch and resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by the company’s home grown octa core Kirin 935 processor with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
The Huawei Mate S has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with OIS and dual tone LED flash. There is also a front facing 8 MP camera with soft LED flash. The device runs on the latest Android Lollipop version with a 2700 mAh battery. The handset is expected to be released globally in the coming weeks.
