While a Huawei smartphone had just surfaced a few days back, the company has now officially unveiled the Huawei Maimang 5 in China.
Huawei has announced the launch of the Huawei Maimang 5, which may be globally released as the Huawei G9. The handset flaunts a full metal unibody design with a fingerprint sensor on the back. The device has a 5.5 inch 2.5D curved glass display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 2.0 GHz octa core Snapdragon 625 processor with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage.
The Huawei Maimang 5 has a 16 MP rear facing auto focus camera with PDAF, OIS, Sony IMX298, f/2.0 aperture, 6P lens and dual-tone LED flash. There is also a front facing 8 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Marshmallow version with a 3340 mAh battery. The phone has dual SIM support with 4G LTE and VoLTE connectivity. The handset is priced at 2599 Yuan (approx. Rs. 26000) and is available in Champagne Gold, Rose Gold and Moonlight silver colour options.
