After several leaks that pointed to the alleged Honor 4, Huawei has officially announced the Huawei Honor 3X along with the Huawei Honor 3C, keeping with the iPhone trend.
The Huawei Honor 3X and the Huawei Honor 3C are the latest additions to the Huawei Honor series, which is also known as the Huawei Glory outside China. This time however Huawei has launched the low-priced Huawei Honor 3C alongside the flagship Huawei Honor 3X. The Huawei Honor 3X and the Huawei Honor 3C have a 5.5 inch and 5 inch display respectively with 720p resolution.
The Huawei Honor 3X is powered by the recently released true octa core MediaTek MT6592 processor clocked at 1.7 GHz whereas the Huawei Honor 3C has a 1.2 GHz quad core processor. Both devices however, come with 2 GB of RAM and a front facing 5 MP camera.
The Huawei Honor 3X is equipped with a massive 13 MP auto focus rear facing camera with LED flash while the Huawei Honor 3C has an 8 MP camera with the sensor from Sony with a f/2.0 aperture. The Huawei Honor 3X is priced at $280 and the Huawei Honor 3C is priced at $160, however it is not known whether the device would be available outside the US.
