With the increasing competition for high end smartphones, Huawei, which has ambitions of reaching the top, has launched the Huawei Honor 3, a new smartphone which is set to compete with the like of the Samsung Galaxy S4.
The Huawei Honor 3 has a 4.7 inch display with a decent 720 pixel resolution. The device is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad core processor along with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. Huawei has used its own K3V2 chip for the device.
The Huawei Honor 3 has a massive 13 MP camera with Exmor RS sensor. The device runs on the Android v4.2.2 with a layer of the Huawei’s Emotion UI. The smartphone is IP57 water and dust protection certified and can withstand water up to 1m depth. The phone is priced at $310 off contract in China.
